# Lean is law > App for iPhone and Android that lets natural lifters run lean bulks and cuts by trend weight Lean is law is a trend and body app from Germany for natural lifters and hobby bodybuilders. Instead of judging the fluctuating daily weight, the app smooths it (exponential smoothing by default, or a 7 or 14 day moving average or double exponential smoothing) and measures the pace in percent of body weight per week. At its core are phases: bulk, cut, maintain and diet break, each with a pace and a warning when a bulk is too fast or a cut too hard. On top come calories and macros (logged manually or read from Apple Health or Health Connect), with Pro an adaptive maintenance estimate (TDEE) from intake and trend plus target calories and macro targets, supplement reminders to tick off and a weekly check-in with posing photos (front, back, side, lat spread). There is no workout log. All data stays on the device; there is no server of its own and no account. Lean is law is not a medical device and gives no advice on supplements or doses. - Platform: iOS (iPhone) and Android - Current version: 1.0.0 - Download: not yet available in the stores - Languages: German, English, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Swedish, Norwegian and Danish - Price: Free with an optional Pro upgrade (monthly or yearly subscription or one-time purchase) - Website: https://leanislaw.app - Units: kilograms, pounds or stones - Category: Health & Fitness ## Documentation - [Full information](https://leanislaw.app/en/llms-full.txt) - [Deutsche Version](https://leanislaw.app/de/llms.txt)
